These terms cover the use of the QC Construction website. Work on an actual project is governed by the separate agreement made for that project.

What is on this site

This website gives general information about QC Construction and shows examples of completed work. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quote, a guarantee of a result, or a commitment to a particular schedule.

Enquiries and agreements

Contacting QC Construction does not create a construction contract or reserve a start date. Scope, materials, pricing, payment terms, scheduling and any warranties are addressed in the agreement for your specific project.

The photographs

The project photographs show selected work carried out by QC Construction. Every property is different: the images illustrate the work pictured and do not guarantee an identical result elsewhere. One sunroom is shown mid-build and is labelled as in progress.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or use the contact details published here to send abusive or unsolicited messages.

Content and outside links

The text, design and images on this site may be protected by intellectual-property rights; ask before reproducing them beyond what the law already permits. External links are provided for convenience and their content is controlled by those providers.

Availability and changes

Information here may be corrected or updated, and access may occasionally be interrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
