Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-11
This policy describes how QC Construction handles information connected with this website and with project enquiries. It describes the site as it currently works and will be updated when that changes.
What you give us
If you call or email, you may give us your name, contact details, the location of the property, photographs, and a description of the work you are considering. Please send only what is relevant to the enquiry.
What we do with it
Enquiry information is used to reply to you, to discuss the work you have asked about, to coordinate project communication, and to keep the business records that go with it.
What this website does
This version of the site has no online submission form, no advertising pixels and no analytics scripts. It loads no third-party scripts at all; the typeface and every image are served from this domain. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details in order to serve and protect the site.
Providers and disclosures
Hosting, email and phone providers process the information needed to run their own services. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it or where it is necessary to protect legal rights. Links to Google and Instagram are governed by those services’ own privacy practices, not by this one.
Keeping it, and asking us to change it
Information may be kept for an open enquiry, for project administration, for business records, or where a legal obligation applies. To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of information you gave us, contact [email protected]. Some obligations may limit what can be deleted.
Security
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or other sensitive details in a first enquiry.
Changes and contact
This policy will be updated as the website and the tools behind it change, including if a contact form, analytics or text messaging is added later. Questions: [email protected] or (585) 749-8253.
